Phocas Financial Corporation was founded in 2005 and is based in Alameda, California. The partners include William Schaff, James Murray, Steve Block, and Kevin Granger. William, James and Steve are investment professionals who successfully managed assets for institutional and private clients at Bay Isle Financial LLC, a San Francisco based investment advisory firm. Kevin recently joined the team after working in the institutional "manager of managers" arena.
